For Challenge #11, we are asking you to create any project to be used as a party decoration (or party supply) for a HALLOWEEN PARTY!!  Let's celebrate EVERYTHING WONDERFUL ABOUT SWEET TREATS AND SPOOKY TRICKS with your table decorations, party banners, pennants, yard signs, cupcakes, party favors and more!! *NEW* We would LOVE for you to link up a project that is THEME-inspired; however, we also welcome your ANY-themed party projects too -- We are all about celebrating YOUR party creations, whatever the theme!! :)
