Challenge #111 Anything Goes

Time for a NEW CHALLENGE 
For Challenge #111 we are asking you to create decorations for anything you please, yes anything you please, we would love to see all your 3-D projects, cards in a box, and yes cards with any 3-D cut out on it. We are hoping this will give everyone a chance to show off their projects and talent.
The winner of challenge #111 will receive this mini Album by Rhonda please make sure to enter your projects by 
October 27th before 11:59pm.

    Hi, so I'm thinking of starting an online small fashion boutique. Very vintage and cheap, like 10-15 dollars for a shirt or so.
    I have a few questions...
    1. What website builders (cheap prefered) do you recommend?
    2. If I don't want to make my own clothes, where do I buy them from?
    3. If I were to make a tie-dyed cut up tee to sell, where can I buy the shirts?
    4. Is there anything else I should know about this buiseness?
